Use only from approved sources, within written permissions and without altered claims.

Record provenance and permitted channels. Remove or replace assets when authority changes.

Publish only supplier-approved or independently supportable facts with conditions preserved.

Apply supplier-specific policy, effective dates, exception handling and promotion approval.

Respect geographic, marketplace, advertising and customer restrictions in writing.

Stop publication or purchase eligibility when status, support or replacement terms change.

Record source and timestamp. Hold stale or contradictory availability.

Escalate notices promptly, identify affected products and suspend sale where required.

Do not syndicate or list outside approved channels without written authority.
